         Though Bhandary community members are limited in numbers there are plenty of Achievers in the community. Mr Vijaya Kumar Bhandary Hebbarabail who is popularly known as Vikubha Hebbarabail is one of such achiever we are going to introduce in today’s Saaditha Bhandary article. He created his own name and fame in tulu language journalism and literature world. He was born in Puttur taluk Hebbarabail village as the son of Eshwara Bhandary, a agriculturist and mother Nagamma, a housewife. He started his career as a child labour in a garage, later moved to Mumbai to work as mechanic. In 1987 he started his own Vijaya Motor service garage at Vittla. He also worked as document writer at Puttur and developed immense interest in literature world.
 
How he started his career in literary field..?
1992 in Mangaluru he was identified at Tuluveru yenklu seminar and joined as the director of Tuluvere thudaru weekly magazine. Later Bachchalu, his first poetry was published in the same magazine. He is a regular participant at TuluKoota.
How his journalism carrier started..?
In 1999, he connected with Canara Times group newspaper in Kannada Janantharanga and Karavali Ale sections, later joined as taluk representater for Karavali Maarutha, Kaaraval of kasaragod and Uttaradesham. His Main source of inspiration was Pathra maithri.
2014 Vikubha started his own tulu monthly magazine POOVARI. This magazine is supporting the new writers as well as the legendary tulu writers.
What about his literary collection..?
He has already published few of the best literary works like Appegu baaleda ole, Saadhane and Kelinja seetharama Alva’s stories. Dhandige poetry collection is in the printing process. He has a publishing house in the name Yashas publication.
His Honor’s and applauses..?
He received Tulu saahitya award for his novel Appegu baaleda ole.
He is falicitated at mysuru chutuku saahitya sammelana. Somavarpete nudimuthu award, manuscripts collection certificate of honor. ViKuBha was honored by Kachuru Shri Nageshwara temple, Bantwala Journalist association, Shri kshetra Dharmastala honor, Bengaluru Bhandary samaja sangha, Sangli Meeraj tulunadu sangha and So on so forth.
Association with social service sector..?
Vijaya Kumar Bhandary Hebbarabail was working as a committee member in early 90’s at Kachuru Shri Nageshwara temple renovation committee. He served as member of tuluveru yenklu, president of district garage owner association,  and worried as member Mangala kala sahitya organizing. He was also the member of Vittla Jaycee education society, Kachuru temple utsava samitee as Secretary,  backward community organizations committee member……etc He’s also acted in Kannada movie directed by Sudhakar Bannanje Dharmayodharu. He’s a committee member in the delegation to New Delhi representing tulu organization to include tulu language in the eighth schedule.
Family..?  
Vijaya Kumar Bhandary Hebbarabail is married to Gayathri and blessed with two sons Yashas and Amruth.
He is well supported by his family members for all of his services to the society.
