Ingredients:
Boiled egg: 4
Onion: 2 (large)
Tomato: 2
Green chilly: 2-3
Ginger garlic paste: 2 spoon
Garam masala powder: 1 spoon
Chilly powder: 1 spoon
Turmeric powder: pinch of spoon
Curry leaves: 8-10
Oil: 5-6 spoon
Method:
First make the paste of onion and tomato separately in the mixer and keep aside.
Now add oil to a pan and heat it.
Then add curry leaves, green chillies, onion paste, ginger garlic paste one after the other into the pan and fry till the raw smell goes. Then add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, chilly powder, tomato puree, salt to taste and boil it well till the gravy consistency is seen. Finally add the boiled egg slices and mix the masala once.
Now egg masala is ready to serve with chapati or rice.
