WHAT IS HYPERPIGMENTATION?
Discoloration in an area of abnormal darkening of the skin,and n occur in specific spots or within larger patches.Skin can produce excess pigment in response to sun exposure,hormonal fluctuations or injuries such as acne,cuts or burns.

10 Remedies for hyperpigmentation.

Lemon
Known for its amazing anti bacterial properties,Lemon is excellent for lightening dark skin spots.Use neat on the skin or mix with natural yoghurt,rinse after 10/15 mins

 


Aloevera 
Aloevera is one of natures finest natural skin remedy.Apply aloevera gel/fresh aloevera on the pigmented area.

 

 

 

Avacado
Avacado’s are a source of B6 and vitaminE,which are great to the skin.Avacados contain natural ant-inflammatory called lutein. for use blend the avocado in the mixer grinder and apply the paste on the spots.

 

 

Coconut oil
Coconut oil contains vitamin E and C and also lauric acid.Apply on the face before going to sleep and wash in the morning.

 

 

Sugar
Sugar can be used as an excellent exfoliator on pigmented skin,Add ¼ cup of sugar to ½ cup of almond oil and 1tsp of lemon juice and use as scrub.

 

 

Potato
Potato juice is great healer for skin complaints.You can use the juice or rub the slice of a potato on the pigmented area,it will lighten the skin.

 

 

Turmeric
Turmeric is an ancient natures natural remedy which has ant-inflammatory properties. Mix the turmeric powder with yoghurt and apply on the skin wash after 15/20 mins.

 

Apple cider vinegarApply on the dark spots with cotton and wash after 10 mins.

 

 

 

Baking Soda
Baking soda can be used as skin lightner,mix it with water make a paste and apply on the skin wash after 15mins,it can also be used as face scrub.

 

 

Yoghurt

Yoghurt is a natural skin brightner,it contains lactic acid which helps in brightening the skin.You can use it on its own or use as base with other ingredients.
