Method
 
  • Marinate the chicken wings with cornflour, pepper powder, salt, soya sauce, curd, lime juice and chopped garlic. (Preferably over night or atleast a couple of hours)
  • Keep oil in a kadhai and fry the wings on medium heat. Remove and keep aside.
  • In a mixing bowl add spring onions, 1tsp soya sauce, 2 tbspn schezwan sauce, 1tspn vinegar, little sugar and very little salt and mix well.
  • Add any marinate mixture that is left in the bowl and mix well.
  • Dip the fried chicken in the above mixture and toss it in the kadhai where there is residual oil left after frying the chicken and let it saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Toss well n garnish with spring onions.
