About the Program: Reliance Jio has announced a 5 week programme for all under graduate students across the country to make them aware of new digital technologies for running small business. The program orginised from 21st May 2018 to 21st July 2018 into four batches across India. The students will also get to interact closely with multiple Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) across India.
Our world is rapidly changing and many aspects of our lives have become ‘digital’. Business models across industries have changed almost overnight through innovative applications of digital technologies. In this ‘new normal’, business leaders are evaluating traditional strategies and operating models from a fresh ‘digital’ lens. In this scenario, it is important to provide the current generation of students with the right set of skills and make them ready for the challenges of the future. Towards that end, Reliance Jio has designed a one-of-its-kind learning program – Digital Champions.
Eligibility: You are eligible to apply if you have:
- Completed 1st year of a 3-year course (e.g. B.A., B.Sc., B.Com. Etc.)
- Completed 1st year OR 2nd year of a 4-year course (e.g. B.Tech., B.E. etc.)

Regardless of your degree / course, we look for talented and smart students who wish to be a digital change agent for India. The ideal candidate is someone who is hard working, diligent and enthusiastic. Students would be selected for the program on the basis of their responses to an online assessment test. Please note that we have limited openings in each location. Students would be given preference on “first come first serve” basis.
Start and End dates for the program:
Program will have 4 batches – across May and June – to accommodate the different summer holiday schedules of the colleges across the country. Here are the batch details:
- Batch 1: 21st May (Monday) – 23rd June (Saturday)
- Batch 2: 4th June (Monday) – 7th July (Saturday)
- Batch 3: 11th June (Monday) – 14th July (Saturday)
- Batch 4: 18th June (Monday) – 21st July (Saturday)
