Ingredients:
Fish -1 / 2 kg
Red chilly -50 g
Tamarind – A Lemon Size
Ginger -1 / 2 inch
Onion-1
Green chilly -4
Coconut Oil – 6-7 spoons
 
How to prepare:
Clean the fish and cut it in to thick pieces. Heat 3 teaspoons of coconut oil add red chilli and fry little. Then grind red chilly with tamarind and grated coconut. Add little water to ground paste and keep it to boil. Add chopped green chilly, ginger, onions to it. When it starts to boil put fish, couple of spoons coconut oil and boil enough. Your Bangude fish curry will be ready.
