Ingredients
Carrot -1 / 4 kg
Milk -1 / 2 liters
Ghee – 100 g
Sugar -100 grams
Raisin, Cashew, Pistachio, Almond -1 cup

Carrots should be washed cleanly and grated well. Now take a Pan and heat it and add little ghee to that then add Cashews, Almonds, Grated Carrots and Raisin to it. Add 1/2 cup milk and bake well. Grind baked carrots, Cashews, Raisin and Almonds to a thick paste. Again add little ghee to the pan, then add ground thick past, milk (add 1 cup of water if needed) and sugar and boil it. Fry Raisin, Cashew, Almond, Pistachio in ghee, and add it to Payasam. Your Payasam will be ready to serve.
