INGREDIENTS

  •  1 cup Seedless Dates / Khajoor
  •  3 tbsp roughly chopped Cashew
  •  3 tbsp roughly chopped Pistachios
  •  3 tbsp White sesame seeds
  •  3 tbsp Peanuts
  •  1/4 cup Raisins
  •  1/2 tbsp Cardamom powder
  •  4 tbsp Ghee

 

 

In a large kadai heat 1 tbsp. ghee add almonds, cashew, pistachios, peanut roast on low flame or till nuts turn crunchy. Keep it aside.

To the same kadai Add 1 tbsp. ghee add raisins,Keep it aside. Then dry roast sesame seeds separately till they splutter.

Take 1 cup seedless dates Heat ghee in a non-stick pan and add dates. Saute on a medium low flame till dates become soft and pulpy. It may take 3-5 minutes depending on your quality of dates.

Add roughly chopped nuts, raisins and sesame seeds to the dates. Also add cardamom powder and continue to saute.

After a minute transfer the dates and nuts mixture into a bigger plate and let the mixture cool down slightly, So that it is comfortable to handle.

Once the date and nuts mixture cools down, kneed the mixture for couple of minutes until they are well combined.

Then immediately start making ladoo. Do not cool completely.

Serve immediately or store ladoo in airtight container.
