Ingredients:
Rice- 1/2 kg
Jaggery- 1/4 kg
Cardamom- 5gms
Banana- 1
Oil to fry
Method:
Wash the rice and soak it in water a night before. Grind it to a thick paste in the mixer next morning, Then grind it again by adding jaggery, cardamom, banana, pinch of salt in a mixer and mix the dough well in a bowl. Heat the required amount of oil in the pan and add stirred dough into the heated oil with a small saucepan (or large spoon) one after the other and cook it in the small flame. Serve it with ghee.
