Geeta Bhandary, who has been serving as a land acquisition officer in Mangalore City Corporation has been retired from government service on August 31st. She is the daughter of Late Laxman Bhandary and Late Devaki Bhandary resident of Nellikatte in Puttur taluk.
She has completed her primary school in Government Higher Primary School and PUC in Government Puttur Graduation college. Graduated from St.Philomena College Puttur. She was elected for a Minimum Wage graduation post In March 1981. On 19th May 1983 she got married to Raghava Bhandary Pangala, who was manager of Ballal Motor Institute. She served at mangalore Treasury Office, Mangalore Taluk Panchayath, Mangalore City Corporation, Taluk Office and Land Acquisition Office from 2 years. She have sincerely served the Government Revenue Department for 36 years and retired. Now she is living with son Gautham and Daughter in law Harshita at Gauri Matta in Mangalore.
