Bhandary Udyog a wing of Bhandary Varthe created for the upliftment of Bhandary youths by providing them employment opportunities is moving in a right direction in its mission & goal.
At this point of time Bhandary Varthe is gearing up to take giant leap in it’s activities in the direction of providing employment opportunities for the youths of Bhandary community & thereby becoming a ray of hope for unemployed youths in achieving the goal of getting employed & earn livelyhood. This platform has become like a dictionary for the aspiring youths which shows them a proper road map & provide guidance.
Bhandary Varthe in association with Bhandary Udyog with valuable support from Mr. Ramesh Manjeshwar Sr. Management Executive, E K KANOO BAHRAIN ( Toyota, Lexus dealership) had invited applications from the suitable candidates from Bhandary community for the post of Service Assistant in BAHRAIN.
Bhandary Udyog had received 17 applications from Bhandary youths for the said post. Mr. Prakash Bhandary Katla, CEO, Bhandary Varthe & Mr. Ramesh Manjeshwar conducted the selection process at Mangalore & short listed 11 candidates from Bhandary community in the 1st round. Based on further screening process 5 candidates were selected for the said post. Out of 5 candidates 3 candidates were finalised in the final round based on their performance & documentation prerequisites. 3 candidates finally selected are under going medical process & are likely to join the organization in Bahrain shortly
Such recruitment activities will be on going process in future days also with Bhandary Varthe & Bhandary Udyog keeping the sole intention of providing the employment opportunities to Bhandary youths both at domestic & international levels in order to earn livelyhood by providing good career opportunities for them which in turn would lead to upliftment of family in particular & Bhandary community in general.
